I’m a Project Manager and Programme Designer with 6+ years in the non-profit sector, driven by a deep commitment to poverty alleviation, women’s empowerment, and community development. I design and run flagship programmes end-to-end—from concept and fundraising through delivery and impact reporting—while bringing energy and structure to complex, multi-workstream environments.

At Charlotte Mannya-Maxeke Institute (CMMI), I manage 5 flagship annual programmes and 10+ events, build project roadmaps and KPI/OKR tracking dashboards, and proactively flag risks to adjust strategy based on performance data. I also lead fundraising campaign design and execution, manage creative direction and brand strategy, and serve as primary relationship manager for 15+ state ambassadors and international partners—supporting ministerial adoption and delivering event-based fundraising with 1,500+ attendees. Previously, I introduced a budget and expense tracking system that reduced operational costs by approximately 30% and improved financial accountability across projects.
