What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead innovation at the intersection of AI, renewable energy, and education—building human-centered systems, mentoring teams, and delivering measurable impact.

I am a founder and lead innovator with more than twenty-five years of experience in customer service, management, and professional communication, now focused on large-scale projects in renewable energy and AI system design.

Through Hineni Invention Laboratories I have led development of more than a dozen proprietary AI systems, including nine integrated into the PowerStep kinetic flooring platform that support logistics, advertising, contact automation, and analytics.

I built three custom AI systems for the Certified Apprentice Curriculum — a guided voice assistant, an interactive learning module, and a performance-tracking tool — and designed an AI-driven grant assistant that helps schools secure renewable-energy funding with a very high success rate.

My work also spans emotional and spiritual wellness (Hineni Hope and Let’s Talk voice companions) and consumer innovations (Memories in Motion living-picture printing, 20+ home-product prototypes), demonstrating a blend of human-centered design, technical integration, and mission-driven impact.
