Message

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, I prepare and analyze pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in formulations and biological matrices for stability and analytical testing. In my current Associate Scientist - Automation role, I perform routine to complex procedures with minimal supervision.

I review and compile results against SOP acceptance criteria, methodology, protocols, and product specifications. I also troubleshoot extraction and instrumentation problems and communicate project status to project leaders.

My work at Thermo Fisher Scientific has included routine sample preparation and analysis, operation and maintenance training for analytical instrumentation, and work under SOPs and regulatory guidelines. I also have experience with ICH and cGMP/GLP requirements, BSL-2 laboratories, and assay development and validation.

At Virginia Commonwealth University’s Department of Physiology and Biophysics, I performed protein preparation and analysis related to AAV Rep proteins and conducted DNA helicase assays. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University.
