At Reframe My Life, I coach clients through brain health and life challenges using actionable goals, biblical worldview guidance, and routines for nutrition, physical activity, sleep hygiene, and stress management.

Since 2010, I’ve supported Middletown Medical remotely by managing radiology authorizations, patient eligibility, scheduling verification, and communication with physicians, clinics, insurers, and patients. I use medical terminology, CPT and ICD-10 codes, patient portals, and careful follow-through to help prevent delays in patient care.

I previously taught fifth grade at Leptondale Christian Academy, delivering core academic subjects through a biblical worldview while tracking progress, assessing data, supporting students, and communicating with parents.

I also bring ministry and office coordination experience from True Witness Music and church volunteer programs, including calendar management, event logistics, contracts, invoices, payroll, inventory, and volunteer preparation. I value open communication, empathy, teamwork, and creating a positive, supportive workplace culture.
