What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to inspire and support individuals in their health journeys, fostering a positive and empathetic environment.

I am an authentic and supportive health and wellness coach with a strong background in fostering relationships and inspiring healthy nutrition practices. My journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and an Associate Degree in Business from Albertus Magnus College, which laid the foundation for my career in health coaching. I am certified as a Master Trainer, Health Coach, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer, among other credentials, allowing me to provide comprehensive support to my clients.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, including elderly clients with chronic health conditions. My experience as a caregiver and health coach has equipped me with the skills to inspire behavioral changes and promote positive lifestyle habits. I have authored a book titled 'MISFIRE – Why You Need To Break Your Promise,' which reflects my commitment to family caregiving and wellness. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve lifelong wellness through personalized coaching and support.
