What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead secure, resilient hybrid infrastructure architecture, modernization, migration, and recovery initiatives where I can translate business needs into practical technical decisions.

I lead infrastructure architecture and modernization at Tekstro LLC, designing Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, virtualization, networking, security, and resilience solutions across client environments.

I've led Active Directory recovery and migration work, including domain controller deployment, FSMO management, DNS remediation, replication recovery, and legacy-server decommissioning. I also design hybrid identity, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, Veeam, and cloud backup technologies.

Across MSP and client engagements, including Progent, TTG Tech, and Alternative Technologies, I turn technical findings into practical target-state designs, remediation plans, documentation, and reliable delivery.
