What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Backend, Media Systems, or Infrastructure/DevOps Engineering role.

At Awura, I architected and deployed backend microservices for national identification, live media streaming, event management, and election systems. The Mirchaye Election Management System processed over 5.6M registration records and sustained more than 1,500 requests per second during peak nationwide voter registration.

I also worked on production infrastructure at Awura, co-managing deployments with the Senior DevOps Lead. I configured Nginx load balancers and API gateways, optimized PostgreSQL and Redis performance, and automated delivery with GitLab CI/CD and container builds.

My projects include a live-streaming backend for RTMP/RTSP ingestion and HLS distribution, plus open-source Go and Python libraries for Fayda OAuth/OIDC authentication. I’m seeking a remote Backend, Media Systems, or Infrastructure/DevOps Engineering role.
