What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building secure, scalable enterprise environments through IAM, network security, access management, incident resolution, and cross-functional infrastructure work.

At HCLTech, I support enterprise network infrastructure serving more than 300 users, helping maintain secure and reliable access to business resources.

I manage Cisco switching, VLAN configuration, enterprise LAN administration, switch-port activation, and access troubleshooting. I investigate authentication failures, user access issues, and connectivity incidents within SLA.

I work with infrastructure, security, operations teams, and vendors to support upgrades, deployments, network segmentation, and secure configuration practices. I also monitor for operational and security risks and document configurations, procedures, and security changes.

My work spans IAM, access governance, network security, incident management, root-cause analysis, and enterprise LAN/WLAN operations. I’ve also used Wireshark to analyze traffic, identify latency and packet loss, and produce RCA documentation.
