What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead academic, research-integrity, or publishing operations where I can improve complex processes, guide teams through change, ensure quality and compliance, and help build an inclusive environment for learning and research.

At Frontiers Media, I lead a team of 6–8 specialists ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance for 26 international journals. I improve operational workflows through Salesforce, develop internal tools, and support their rollout with users.

At the University of Lausanne, I coordinated examination sessions, revised study plans and admissions processes, and contributed to restructuring Master’s programmes from 90 to 120 ECTS. I bring deep knowledge of the Swiss higher-education landscape and its regulatory frameworks.

I combine 20 years of international research, teaching, and institutional experience, including over 600 hours of teaching and supervision of students and teaching assistants. I’m committed to operational excellence, constructive mediation, and inclusive learning environments where student communities can thrive.
