Khushi Kumari

I am a PGDM graduate with hands-on experience in customer handling, operational support, and routine process management. I have directly interacted with customers and supported team operations across insurance and retail environments.

At SBI Life Insurance I maintained daily interactions with 15–20 customers, conducted calls, meetings and basic product presentations, including engagements with HNI clients. During my internship at India First Life Insurance I verified and organized customer documents and performed outreach to raise awareness about financial products.

I have supported field operations on live projects such as election campaign management—handling voter awareness activities, public interaction and daily reporting—and retail peak-hour billing and upselling during a V-Mart project. I also volunteered at a Travel & Tourism Fair managing a tourism stall and visitor interactions.

I bring strong people coordination, time and task management, team coordination and organizational skills, and I seek to contribute to smooth day-to-day operations while continuing to learn and grow within an organization.
