I’m a Lead Software Engineer and hands-on software architect with 10+ years designing and scaling distributed, real-time logistics platforms. I take ownership end to end—service decomposition, data modelling, event flow, and deployment topology—across multi-tenant SaaS systems.

I’ve architected a four-service Node.js/NestJS microservices suite (MAS, TMS, TRI, CASA) that serves multi-tenant clients on AWS and GCP. I focused on making MAS the single source of truth, eliminating duplicated reference data, and using REST APIs and event-driven design to keep systems consistent and responsive.

I led teams of 7 engineers and took 4 products from whiteboard to production—setting technical direction, coding standards, and CI/CD practices. I’m also known for turning scale bottlenecks into measurable wins, including a ~550x query improvement through targeted indexing and schema-level optimizations.

For reliability and delivery, I built CI/CD pipelines automating multi-server deployments and acted as primary troubleshooter during live production incidents. I also champion AI-assisted engineering with custom Claude tooling to automate first-pass code reviews (advisory; a human owns the merge), improving consistency across the team.
