At Discover Financial Services, I administered leave and accommodation programs for more than 20,000 employees, managing cases end to end while supporting compliance and payroll accuracy.

I partnered with HR, leadership, employees, and third-party vendors to coordinate leave administration and improve operational workflows. Before that, I facilitated training for front-line representatives, coached more than 40 training cohorts, and delivered one-on-one performance coaching.

My experience also includes consultative banking sales at Bank of America, where I educated clients on financial products and completed approved credit card and auto loan applications. I opened checking and savings accounts while contributing to branch sales goals.
