I’m seeking roles in testing, application support, automation or AI-related work where I can apply development experience, improve product quality, document processes, mentor others, and grow through cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning.

I am an experienced IT professional with a strong software development background, delivering end-to-end solutions across web, mobile and enterprise systems. I have worked with regional teams across APAC, EMEA and the US to provide Level 2 application support, develop reporting modules and integrate internal systems with platforms such as SAP and SharePoint.

I routinely handle customer-facing support, internal testing, documentation coordination and troubleshooting, and I’ve built tools for quality reporting, mobile workforce systems and data conversion utilities. I’m keen to branch into testing, automation, support, AI-related work, training, compliance and content evaluation while applying my development skills and desire to learn quickly.
