I led Helping Hive, a home-service marketplace app, from feasibility study and business scoping through architecture and mobile product delivery. I coordinated a two-person team and guided a resourcing-driven pivot from web to mobile.
I conducted 80+ user interviews to validate gaps for time-poor and non-tech-savvy users, translating findings into product requirements and structured execution plans. I also independently led UI/UX delivery for a freelance mentor-mentee app, from requirements gathering through prototype delivery.
With a Software Engineering background, I bring practical experience in project coordination, requirements engineering, workflow design, SDLC, system architecture, MERN development, and tools including Figma, Notion, and Canva.
