Boitumelo Sethole

I’m a technical support assistant and software developer who enjoys turning complex problems into reliable solutions. I’m passionate about software development, cybersecurity, and innovative technology, with a strong focus on building scalable web applications and dependable database systems.

In my role supporting online and hybrid learning, I manage virtual sessions and digital classroom tools using Zoom, MS Teams, and Moodle. I handle recordings, attendance reporting, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical support to keep both face-to-face and remote learning running smoothly.

Through my Information Technology studies, I developed real-world academic projects such as hospital and pharmacy management systems. I work with C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, JavaScript, and Entity Framework Core—bringing structure through database design and strengthening problem-solving from end to end.

Now pursuing a postgraduate focus in cybersecurity, I’m expanding my knowledge of secure system practices, digital security, and cybersecurity awareness. I bring a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a drive to continuously grow as an IT professional.
