What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue outpatient adult psychiatry with telepsychiatry, delivering trauma-informed evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. I want an interdisciplinary team where I can strengthen patient outcomes through evidence-based care and quality improvement.

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than 20 years of progressive nursing experience across outpatient psychiatry, critical care, behavioral health, and healthcare leadership. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and telepsychiatry services for diverse outpatient populations.

My practice is grounded in evidence-based, patient-centered care. I diagnose and treat anxiety, depressive disorders, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, insomnia, substance use disorders, serious mental illness, and psychiatric-medical comorbidities using DSM-5-TR diagnosis, psychotherapy approaches like CBT and motivational interviewing, and careful risk assessment for safety planning and crisis intervention.

I also bring a strong quality improvement and collaborative leadership mindset—implementing interdisciplinary initiatives that improved patient-reported sleep quality and HCAHPS quiet-at-night performance, and building service foundations like the ICUSWAT (Code Team) program. I’m passionate about mentoring others, coordinating care across disciplines, and improving patient outcomes through standardized, measurable, compassionate improvements.
