What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in adult outpatient psychiatry where I can deliver telehealth medication management with pharmacogenomic-informed prescribing—especially for complex ADHD and hormonal presentations—and collaborate closely with therapists and primary care to support safe, high-quality continuity.

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing outpatient telehealth psychiatric care to adults across the diagnostic spectrum, including mood, anxiety, trauma, attention, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I focus on comprehensive evaluations, ongoing medication management, and shared decision-making, with clinical interest in adult ADHD at the intersection of hormonal psychiatry, pharmacogenomics, and executive function.

Over a decade of progressive nursing experience spans forensic, adolescent, acute inpatient, and outpatient telehealth settings. I’ve led unit operations and violence-reduction programming, mentored teams in crisis de-escalation and therapeutic communication, and built strong collaborative care habits with primary care, therapists, and specialists.

In my current role, I prescribe and manage a full range of outpatient psychotropic medications—including Schedule II stimulant titration—using attention to medical comorbidities, drug–drug interactions, and pharmacogenomic data. I also perform suicide risk assessment, safety planning, and higher-level-of-care triage within a telehealth model, maintaining continuity of care through Valant EHR and related workflows.
