What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a medical team where I can provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate across disciplines to improve patient safety, outcomes, and long-term mental health care.

I’m a PMHNP-BC with an MS in Nursing (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) from Walden University, and I’m passionate about delivering patient-centered psychiatric care that prioritizes safety and outcomes. In my current role at Psychplus (May 2024–present), I conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, make diagnoses, and build individualized treatment plans that often include psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle recommendations.

I bring a strong clinical foundation from Med-Surg/Tele and pediatric nursing work, where I monitored vital signs, performed focused assessments, administered medications via IV/PO/SQ/IM, and maintained accurate records in EMR systems including Epic and Meditech. I routinely use evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), provide crisis intervention, educate patients and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advocate for mental health needs and improve treatment effectiveness.
