What I'm looking for

I seek a role that fosters innovation and collaboration, focusing on impactful AI projects.

As a dedicated AI researcher, I am currently pursuing my MA in Engineering Artificial Intelligence at Carnegie Mellon University. My academic journey has been complemented by hands-on experience in various research projects, where I have developed innovative solutions to real-world problems. My work spans from enhancing AI-driven educational tools to spearheading deep learning models for malaria detection, showcasing my commitment to leveraging technology for social impact.

In my role as a Research Assistant at CMU-Africa, I successfully developed a deep learning model that achieved an impressive 89% accuracy in detecting malaria parasites. This project not only honed my technical skills but also reinforced my belief in the power of AI to transform healthcare. Additionally, my experience at the Computer Vision Lab in China allowed me to lead projects that utilized advanced image processing techniques, further solidifying my expertise in computer vision.

I am passionate about exploring the intersection of AI and policy, as evidenced by my involvement with the CAIDP Research Group, where I focus on human rights and global AI frameworks. My goal is to continue contributing to impactful research that promotes inclusivity and equality through technology.
