At Visionary Billing Solutions, I report on more than $20M in insurance reimbursements and produce weekly revenue and forecasting reports that project expected collections.

I built VBA macros that flag underpaid claims, detect missed census billing, and identify high-yield billing codes by payer—driving more than $300K per month in recovered revenue. I also reconcile posted payments across datasets of up to 50,000 claims and analyze payer trends for BCBS, Aetna, UHC, Cigna, and UMR.

I automate reporting workflows with Excel macros and AI-assisted tools, reducing recurring manual processing by an estimated 50%. I’ve also trained two analysts on revenue reporting, financial analysis, advanced Excel, Power BI, and CollaborateMD reporting.

Earlier, I managed financial records across roughly 2,000 properties at FirstService Residential and built a Power BI dashboard supporting pricing, budgeting, and asset-management decisions. I also built a SwiftUI fitness app with Firebase and Google Analytics at TrainMore.
