Kerstin Rohrmoser

At Mavie Med Privatkliniken GmbH, I coordinate the Medical Directorate’s organisational, regulatory, and project-related work across Privatklinik Confraternität and Goldenes Kreuz.

I lead attending physician management, serve as the central contact for attending physicians, and coordinate international patients, visa documentation, embassies, authorities, and airports. I also coordinated medical agendas during the merger of both private clinics, led the COVID-19 vaccination campaign, and plan physician duty schedules, tumour boards, and interdisciplinary meetings.

Previously at Grünes Kreuz, I led transport-cost billing and supported duty management and operational planning. I was responsible for GDPR implementation, authority communication, project, property, insurance, and legally relevant matters, while training and supporting around 90 civilian service personnel.

My background also includes property management and billing at ASFINAG, invoicing and accounting at ISG Personalmanagement, and banking, collections, and legal-department work. I bring practical experience in administration, healthcare operations, regulatory coordination, billing, emergency services, and first-aid training.
