As a dedicated lifelong learner with over 20 years of experience in the education field, I have developed a proven track record in management, client service, data analysis, leadership, and process improvement. My passion for training students and adults has allowed me to motivate and train others in a supportive team environment.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, pivot as necessary, and provide consistent feedback to stakeholders. I have also successfully interpreted and analyzed functional gaps within systems and formulated methods to close those gaps with faculty and staff.

I am a strong communicator and have experience providing professional development training for educators, sharing practices and providing mentoring on innovative pedagogies at workshops. I am confident in my ability to inspire and support others in achieving their goals.
