At Acrisure, I conducted M&A due diligence across 110+ acquisitions, building application portfolios and business capability models to align disparate systems with an enterprise target state. I also redesigned the due diligence process to evaluate critical systems across six departments.
At Boston Scientific, I mapped 349 systems across 16 core capabilities in LeanIX as part of the Urology division's IT divestiture and rebranding strategy. At Deloitte, I built an enterprise application portfolio management system to govern technology assets and support solutioning.
Earlier, at National Futures Association, I directed four Agile pods during modernization of a legacy CFTC examination system. I also developed enterprise architecture artifacts using TOGAF concepts and served as a Product Owner, carrying initiatives from requirements through completion.
