Kephar Wafula

I’m a freelance AI Trainer and Handshake AI Fellow, training and evaluating large language models across multiple platforms. I write and compare prompts, rank responses, and flag factual, logical, and safety issues based on project guidelines.

Before that, I handled communications and operations for Kenya-based organizations—managing social media and updating websites, while also delivering IT support like upgrading office computers and printers. I also supported day-to-day administration, including clerical documentation, bursary databases, and accurate cashbook records.

Alongside this work, I’m pursuing a BSc in Energy Technology, which helps me take on domain-specific annotation and evaluation. I’m comfortable working independently, managing overlapping queues and deadlines, and communicating across cultures and time zones.
