What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my program management, financial administration, community relations, and monitoring skills to grassroots football player development and primary school training initiatives.

I'm leading a school-based WASH project with Mother of All Nations NGO in Accra, delivering safe-water infrastructure for children on time and within budget.

Through Global Affairs Canada's Volunteer Cooperation Program, I've supported Ghanaian enterprise incubators and civil society organizations as an M&E Advisor and Business Development Advisor. I've designed LogFrames, audited partner reporting systems, trained more than 60 development practitioners, and translated field data into reports, presentations, and policy briefs.

My work spans education, TVET, agribusiness, mining value chains, and community development, where I build practical relationships with government counterparts, institutions, community leaders, NGOs, and development partners.

I also bring a financial foundation from Manulife Financial, the National Revenue Service, and Laurentian Bank, including financial analysis, regulatory compliance, data verification, reporting, and client service. As a trilingual professional with deep community roots in Ghana, I'm motivated by grassroots youth development and the potential of football to engage young people.
