I am an EDI analyst with hands-on experience supporting digital learning platforms and retail EDI operations, focused on accurate data exchange and compliance. I manage mappings, partner onboarding, and day-to-day transmission support across AS2 and SFTP protocols.

I have reduced data transmission errors by 35% at a K–12 virtual program and improved trading partner compliance by 40% in retail through proactive monitoring, automated validation checks, and process improvements.
