My experience includes coordinating a UI/UX vertical and leading cross-functional teams to improve learning journeys for hundreds of users, conducting airport transit research at a major research center, and applying data-driven analysis as an associate business analyst to increase conversions and streamline reporting. I am practiced with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and Framer, and I focus on accessibility, responsive design, and measurable impact.
