What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving patient access, prior authorization, scheduling, and revenue cycle workflows while resolving payer and administrative barriers to timely care.

I'm currently coordinating imaging patient access at Cancer Center of Southwest Oklahoma, managing scheduling, eligibility verification, referrals, prior authorizations, and documentation that supports timely care and clean billing.

Previously at Optum Infusion Services, I managed high-volume intake, benefits, authorization, and payer workflows across commercial and government plans. I've used Availity, Waystar, UHC Link, EMR/EHR, and RCM systems to resolve coverage barriers, track active cases, and keep patients, providers, facilities, and operational teams informed.
