What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my technical problem-solving and customer-service experience while continuing to grow in cybersecurity and IT.

My Cybersecurity Professional Certificate from Google / Coursera covered cybersecurity, SQL, Python, Linux, SIEM, IDS, network security, incident response, risk management, and threat detection.

At Boston Pizza, where I currently work as a Sever/Bartender/Manager, I resolve customer and operational issues and handle payments, sensitive information, and daily transactions accurately.

I also assist with leadership responsibilities, problem-solving, and issue escalation while adapting to changing situations and working independently under pressure.
