I built a multi-system Wazuh environment with Windows and Linux agents, where I investigated failed logons, account creation, and privileged Active Directory changes. I also configured and validated a high-severity Domain Admins membership alert.
In my SOC Monitoring & Detection Engineering project, I used Splunk to investigate failed logons and create saved searches, scheduled alerts, and dashboard visualizations. I also designed an isolated security lab with pfSense, Windows Server 2022, Ubuntu, and Kali Linux.
During my Cybersecurity / Technical Support Practicum at ETS, I reviewed suspicious emails and indicators and documented my observations, with supervised exposure to Mimecast, CrowdStrike Falcon, Splunk, and KnowBe4. I’m interested in managed detection and response.
