What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven organization where I can lead strategy and implementation—building partnerships, strengthening grant stewardship, and developing evidence-informed training and curricula that translate national frameworks into community outcomes.

I’m a Strategic Leader & Organizational Strategist with 15+ years of experience in nonprofit management and systemic advocacy. With an MPA in Nonprofit Management, I focus on scaling organizational impact by bridging national, evidence-based frameworks with community-level practice through strategic innovation, grant stewardship, and curriculum development.

In my recent role, I orchestrated major scaling of the SFG initiative—nearly tripling the statewide partner network from 50 to 144 agencies and establishing 58 new strategic partnerships in FY24 alone. I designed and executed the 5-year strategic plan and evaluation framework, ensuring 100% adherence to CBCAP grant deliverables, and I authored signature curricula and training tools that re-imagine national standards for real-world implementation.

I also build the people-and-process infrastructure behind strong outcomes: I onboarded 57 multi-disciplinary professionals and certified 64 Community Café facilitators for high-fidelity delivery. Earlier, as a Family Support Team Lead, I directed a compliant, high-performing family services team serving 250+ children annually and launched a biannual 12-week STEAM program in partnership with Women in Technology to expand educational equity.
