At PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk, I build and maintain NestJS and TypeScript services for XOPS, the platform GMF AeroAsia mechanics use to log maintenance work and sync transactions to SAP.
I eliminated duplicate SAP confirmations with idempotency guards and retries, and resolved race conditions in team job stops using PostgreSQL advisory locks. I also traced production sync failures across logs and queued transactions, and built features for the Flutter app and web dashboard.
On Shiftnote, I built an LLM care-documentation pipeline that turns multilingual nurses’ handover notes into schema-validated documentation. It checks extracted items against source text, repairs validation errors, falls back to rule-based extraction when a provider is down, and evaluates quality in CI.
As a Laboratory Assistant at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, I taught courses including machine learning, deep learning with TensorFlow, and data modeling with Python. I also led HelloPet through a six-month incubation program, conducting user research and scoping its MVP with a cross-functional team.
