At YMCA of Youngstown, I provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for aquatics at two locations. I developed and implemented a transition from session-based programming to a monthly model that increased program enrollment.
I recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate aquatic staff, and coordinate training in BLS, CPR/AED, First Aid, EUMO, and lifeguarding. I also manage the department budget and support safety compliance and risk-management objectives.
At Youngstown State University, I taught more than 20 courses across four academic programs in the Rayen School of Engineering. I developed course materials and mentored student organizations, including ASME, Phi Sigma Rho, and the A.I.M. Program.
Earlier, I worked as an engineer at RTI International Metals, Taylor Winfield, and General Motors, and as a project manager at Vivo Brothers. My engineering work included mechanical drawings, testing methodologies, process improvements, and production support.
