What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a collaborative early childhood role where I can design research-based curriculum and assessments, coach educators, leverage educational technology, support family engagement, and continue professional growth.

I am a dedicated early childhood educator with a master’s degree in early childhood education and over five years leading preschool programs. I have administered DIAL-4, ESI-3, and DECA assessments, developed IEPs, coached paraeducators, and delivered educator training using digital platforms.

I translate assessment and user research into research-based, differentiated instructional content and create digital-first learning experiences using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom. I prioritize family advocacy, data-driven decision making, and collaborative community partnerships to improve student outcomes.
