What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine program coordination, communication, documentation, and learner or employee support while continuing to grow in HR operations, onboarding, talent management, and learning processes.

I've coordinated Anatolia College's Little Forest Explorers after-school program, designing learning resources, facilitating collaborative activities, and maintaining clear learner-progress documentation.

I also support the Summer English Program by coordinating educational materials, daily schedules, activities, and communication among participants, instructors, and parents. Across Lexicon English School and MST Language School, I've planned and improved learning experiences based on learner needs, feedback, and performance.

I'm expanding into HR through Workearly Academy, building practical knowledge of onboarding, employee documentation, talent management, feedback, and administrative support.
