What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale evidence-based clinical nutrition and behavior-change programs that improve patient outcomes, strengthen care teams, and expand access through digital health partnerships.

At RenewRx Health, I created the One Th1ng behavior-change method and lead care management coaching, clinical go-to-market, and program delivery across seven partner sites. I standardized the coaching protocol to American Diabetes Association Standards of Care and maintain 95% weekly coaching retention.

I've spent more than a decade in clinical nutrition, building Kelly Carter Nutrition into a six-figure practice and leading nutrition programming and teams across clinical sites. My work combines one-to-one coaching, scalable care models, and maternal health advocacy, including service on Pennsylvania's Rural Health Transformation Plan Advisory Council.
