Kelly Bergins

I'm currently an EPP Data Analyst at Amazon, leading analysis of large-scale security datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and risk insights that strengthen investigative and protective outcomes. I partner with Global Investigations, Forensics, Engineering, and other security teams to turn complex data into visual intelligence products, reports, and recommendations for leadership.

Previously, I managed Amazon's EMEA and APAC Regional Triage operation, leading Triage Analysts supporting victims of threats, illegalities, and improprieties across corporate sites worldwide. I owned regional metrics, improved triage workflows, conducted OSINT and investigative analysis, and coached teams across eight countries.

Before Amazon, I spent more than six years at Volkswagen Group Africa conducting misconduct, theft, fraud, and violence investigations, managing CCTV and loss-prevention operations, and presenting evidence in disciplinary enquiries and at the CCMA. My background also includes employee relations, industrial relations, legal consulting, risk management, and data-driven reporting.
