I’m a Product Manager with 2.6+ years of experience driving end-to-end product development across healthcare, digital commerce, and consumer products. I focus on translating customer insights into clear requirements, then aligning teams to execute and iterate with real product metrics.

In my current role, I own the end-to-end product lifecycle for KRATOZ products—covering discovery, roadmap planning, launch execution, and post-launch optimization. I partner across engineering, design, R&D, marketing, sales, and business to turn customer needs into PRDs, feature specifications, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

I lead product discovery using customer research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives. I also support Agile delivery through backlog prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, release validation, and iterative improvements across multiple parallel workstreams.

Previously as a Nutrition Officer for Customer Insights & Product Enablement, I managed relationships with 120+ healthcare professionals and used behavior and territory insights to uncover growth opportunities. I delivered data-driven prioritization and structured customer feedback loops, contributing to a 114% increase in product adoption across my assigned territory.
