I have led teams building high-scale platforms processing hundreds of millions to billions of events per day, improved testing, observability, and incident practices, and delivered production-ready systems using Java, Spring, Kafka, Cassandra, CockroachDB, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. My achievements include owning a Rewards Balance API at tens of millions of requests per day, delivering large-scale data migrations and notification systems, and establishing runbooks, dashboards, and operating models to reduce noise and improve support coverage.
