At Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), I designed and built a Power BI dashboard to monitor sales and inventory turnover as part of an academic Business Intelligence project.
I cleaned, structured, and consolidated data from spreadsheets and relational sources, then used descriptive analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize processes.
In freelance administrative support projects, I handled customer requests through ticketing systems and email and updated inventory databases with zero discrepancies. I also completed a Business Intelligence diploma covering dimensional data modeling, ETL processes, and executive dashboards.
