At REDQ Inc., I lead backend engineering for TrueBeep, an AI-powered omnichannel marketing platform. I design event-driven systems for campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social channels.
I addressed sender reputation risks by moving to Amazon SES tenant management with automated pause policies. I also built an AWS MediaConvert pipeline that adapts uploaded videos to each social platform’s requirements.
For reliable delivery, I engineered BullMQ and Redis job processing with recovery and retries for interrupted work, and built campaign scheduling around subscribers’ time zones. I also developed webhook-driven tracking for delivery events across channels.
Previously, I contributed to Manaknight Digital Inc.’s backend SDK, adopted across client projects, and delivered systems for several client products. At Next Ventures, I built a certificate distribution system and developed APIs for FundedNext; my earlier work also included freelance web and automation projects.
