At Thndr, I build production AI systems including a LangGraph chatbot with RAG, tool calling, multi-turn memory, Langfuse observability, Datadog monitoring, and automated evaluation pipelines. I own the backend architecture, database schemas, conversation state, and integrations using Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy.
I started Thndr’s Operational Experience function from zero and shipped automation across six teams, recovering 1,480+ hours and saving $10,500+ annually. I’ve automated bank-statement workflows, social listening, support operations, data pipelines, and dashboards, while also building AI-first automation infrastructure at Upamatic.
