I’m a BACB-trained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who delivers high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I collect and analyze accurate behavioral data, update progress, and help implement the treatment plan developed by the BCBA using evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and build functional, social, and communication skills.
Right now, I’m also working as a Youth Engagement Advocate in a residential foster setting, providing direct, consistent care for ages 8–17 and supporting traumatized youth with safety, structure, and relationship-building. I document Incident Reports and Progress Notes through Apricot360, complete bed checks and medication-check workflows with accuracy, and use training like TBRI and Handle With Care to deescalate highly regulated youth—always combining empathy, family collaboration, and clinical professionalism.
