I am a dedicated emergency room nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Wesleyan College, and I have been serving at Sumner Regional Medical Center since July 2019. My experience in a fast-paced environment has honed my ability to quickly identify patient needs and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams. As a charge nurse, I have taken on leadership responsibilities, creating nursing assignments and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Regional Manager at Echonous Medical, where I spearheaded a market expansion plan that significantly improved business objectives and diversity initiatives. My background also includes experience as a Clinical Account Manager, where I maintained client relationships and developed strategic solutions to enhance service offerings. I pride myself on my strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to remain poised under pressure, making me a valuable asset in any healthcare setting.
