What I'm looking for

I seek a nursing role with a multidisciplinary team that values leadership growth, precepting, and opportunities to manage patient care and unit operations.

I am a Registered Nurse who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University in December 2020, committed to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.

Since March 2021, I have worked at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, where I gained over 3.5 years of charge nurse experience and 1.5 years as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator/Leader, managing admissions, discharges, assignments, and unit cohesion.

I have precepted more than five new graduate nurses, floated across multiple specialties (GI/GU, Neuro, Neurosurgery, Ortho, med/surg), and completed extensive clinical hours in med/surg, mental health, labor and delivery, community health, and leadership.

I hold BLS certification, experience with Kronos and scheduling systems, and have been recognized with honors including HCA Healthcare Leadership Institute completion, Daisy Award honoree, and multiple employee and academic awards.
