What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver high-quality nursing care in a patient-centered environment that values clinical judgment, collaboration, regulatory excellence, and strong support for nursing staff.

I'm currently overseeing clinical operations, staff performance, patient assessments, and individualized care plans as Clinical Manager at Beacon Home Health. I mentor field nursing staff, collaborate across interdisciplinary teams, and ensure home health services meet regulatory and quality standards.

Previously, I provided skilled home health care at Adoration Home Health Care and emergency nursing in West Tennessee Healthcare's high-volume trauma setting, where I triaged and stabilized critical patients, administered medications and IV therapy, and coordinated complex care with physicians and specialists. My background also includes emergency nursing internship experience in triage, wound care, patient monitoring, and emergency interventions.
