At Talent Bridge Consulting Solutions, I provide recruitment and talent acquisition consulting through client engagements including Hugo, Genpact, Microsoft and Bowdon Associates. At Hugo, I lead three direct reports supporting corporate and operational recruitment, including HR Lead, Service Delivery Lead and Country Manager appointments.
Through my LinkedIn engagement, I led five team members delivering top-of-funnel recruitment across six teams. Our sourcing and recruitment work contributed to approximately 182 hires in one year, with a funnel of more than 7,000 qualified candidates.
At Brown Brothers Harriman and BetaNXT, I managed direct and indirect reports while delivering full-cycle and technology recruitment across multiple regions. At BetaNXT, I also advised leadership on compensation benchmarking and talent strategy.
Earlier, I recruited technology professionals at BBD Software and DAV Professional Placement Group. At DAV, I placed 319+ professionals and generated more than R3.7 million in recruitment fees; at BBD, I reduced agency recruitment costs through direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.
