I am looking for a role that fosters innovation, encourages professional growth, and values collaboration in technology-driven projects.

I am an experienced information technology professional with a strong focus on governance and security of IT infrastructure. My career has been marked by a passion for enabling digital transformation and process improvement, which I have successfully implemented in various roles across the Caribbean region.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where I am a core team member of the Regional Business System Operation Platform Management Team. I lead the implementation of new software platforms and conduct thorough analyses of current systems to ensure seamless transitions and integrations. My ability to liaise with vendors and manage project documentation has been crucial in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Previously, I held the position of Information Technology User Support Specialist at Hanschell Inniss Limited, where I led IT projects and upgrades, managed network security, and developed business intelligence reports. My achievements include leading significant ERP integration projects and overseeing network infrastructure upgrades, which have greatly improved operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
