I am a dedicated Customer Service professional with over three years of experience in lead generation, qualification, and customer service. My journey began as a Receptionist at Rainbow Lodge, where I honed my communication skills and managed security systems. I then transitioned to Consumer Links as a Debt Collections Consultant, assisting customers with debt management and enhancing my problem-solving abilities.

Currently, I serve as a Customer Service Consultant & Debt Collections Consultant at Outworx Contact Centre. Here, I assist customers with credit limit adjustments, handle complaints, and ensure effective communication. Previously, at Nutun CX, I responded to 90 emails daily and ensured agents followed company procedures. My role as a Customer Service Representative & Quality Assessor at Nutun CX further refined my skills in maintaining high service standards.

I hold a National Senior Certificate from George Randell High School and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of South Africa. I am fluent in English, isiXhosa, isiZulu, and Afrikaans, which enhances my ability to connect with diverse client bases. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and am committed to continuous growth in my professional journey.
