I'm currently supporting Retina Consultants of America with credentialing, provider enrollment, payer portal management, and onboarding for physicians and groups. I discovered the root of a $1 million credentialing loss and helped establish processes for a new credentialing department.

Across Sonic Healthcare USA, Baylor College of Medicine, Texas A&M University Health Science Center, and Confluent Health, I've managed full-cycle credentialing and enrollment for multi-state provider groups, hospital systems, and practices of up to 50+ clinicians. My work includes Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer enrollment, recredentialing, hospital privileging, primary-source verification, CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, NCQA compliance, and audit readiness.

I've introduced workflows that became departmental processes, including a CMS surrogate system, Modio/CMS cleanup structure, electronic credentialing-file preparation, and payer cleanup initiatives.

As an independent contractor, I also help providers, new practices, and CVOs with credentialing, enrollment, contracting, software structure, and compliant documentation. I'm looking to grow into a leadership role on the payer side or in the billing sector.
